As of October 28, Company and support have gone completely Silent…. And I have tried a few things.
For instance just changing the meal plan will instantly reactivate 4 weeks.
I just wanted to look at further options for receiving less recipes per week but the app bugged again and reactivated the subscription without any single warning. Definitely weird…
They did not cancel my order instead they sent it through after reactivating it. now upon reaching out to them, they said that they cannot cancel the order and will not refund me. The only thing that they did was being friendly and giving me a $7.50 of credit because of my complaint for one of the ingredients that was a little bit on the old side, But they did not cancel my order whatsoever and I had to pay for it full price . And after that, they are so surprised that I rate them badly that they sent me a response email and wish to be cordial again Well I can tell you their employees are definitely cordial, but their practises are definitely suspicious.
Now Im looking forward to see what will they do Since I have told them expressly that I am not satisfied they must know it now I have said it clearly.
But on a more positive note, lets keep in mind that the food is really good. So if you want to try it, youre welcome to do so Just beware of the way they act.

Goodfood sets everything up in a way to ensure their subscribers continue to receive and be charged for unwanted boxes. Their app is purposefully designed to make it more difficult to skip multiple weeks, or skip long term (multiples steps rather than easy choice and application).
Furthermore, twice this year, I received boxes on dates I had previously chosen to skip, when I looked back at the app, my choices (including the subsequent weeks in which I had previously set to "skip") had been changed back to "Scheduled".
Of course, their poor customer service offers no accountability. On these weeks that these boxes are automatically sent, they send you their cheapest meals (value far below what they charge you).
I can not give a low enough account of Goodfood, their product, their customer service, and their app.

I must admit their service is pretty great. The food is good and the rare are the equations where it is not fresh, but they seem to be able to flee their responsibilities.
When you want to cancel a week delivery you do have to use the app. When the app bugs down and doesnt cancel your week, you will receive it and you will pay for it I asked them to refund me the cancelled order, but they would not. Instead, they are speaking like I did not make my job of canceling But now its my word against theirs and because I do not trust them anymore I took a picture of my planning on the app. If the app doesnt work properly, they have to provide phone support, but if they dont want to do that, they rather should make their app properly working .
I told them that if they send me any other thing without any consent, I am not paying for it. Well see what happens.

je viens par ce canal signaler mon mécontentement au sujet d'une commande que je n'ai pas demandée et qui m'a été débitée de ma carte de crédit.
Je conteste la commande et le montant de 109,12$ que vous avez prélevé de ma carte et je considère cela comme un abus et même de l'arnaque.
J'exige un remboursement dans les meilleurs délais et je souhaite stopper toute transaction avec vous, car pour une première expérience je suis désagréablement surprise.
Je reste dans l'attente de votre prompte réaction.

I didn't receive my food
It has been twice now that the delivery person left my food in front of my door, which is basically close to the pavement where people walk! He did not ring my door bell on my first delivery and did the same today, but obviously someone was waiting for free food, so they stole the box with my food!
Disappointed!!:-(

They are scammers. After my first order, they charged me without authorization, without any notice or email or text.
I was charged $200 without any invoices or receipts. When I asked for a refund, they gave me a vague reason, stating that I went against their policy because my house address was used for another account.
And when I explained to them that the other account belonged to my brother, they outrightly refused to give me a refund. The worst part is, they will just take your money without your authorization.
- Expensive and tasteless food
- Scammers too expensive will take money without authorization wont refund

They did cancel my subscription I did take the order because it was past cancelation date.I did have two things that were bad and had to be thrown out.

It took a long time & perseverance but I am relieved that this matter was resolved to my satisfaction
My account was closed years ago - but I still receive advertising & "free" offers by mail - and now also on my cell I opened one of your adverts & probably clicked on a couple of menu items just to see what there was.
I definitely did NOT re-activate my account - nor did I order anything.
I suddenly received a box of 3 meals & found that my credit card was charged $47-$48 for meals I DID NOT order. I'm trying to telephone you to retrieve this surprise order AND would like my $$ returned.
